Staying at this hotel was a mix of experiences. While the rooms offered privacy with a good view of the tidal flats, the proximity to the utility closet made for a noisy morning. The staff lacked friendliness but the location was fantastic. Overall, some updates are needed to match the pricing.
The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, but a few issues like the vacuuming in the morning and a heater that didn't work. The service was a mix of friendliness and corporate feel, though the breakfast staff seemed unhappy. The location was wonderful near the ocean but lacked some facilities. The dining options were just about okay. The Wi-Fi was not included, and the amenities were limited.
The hotel seemed more luxurious online, but in reality, the rooms were dated and the mattress definitely needed replacing. However, the room was exceptionally clean and had the proper furniture for a good dine-in experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were ultra clean and comfortable, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The free breakfast at the restaurant was a great bonus, and the staff we interacted with were pleasant, polite, and very helpful. The price of $165 for the night, which also included a delicious breakfast, was a fantastic deal. However, I did notice that the property was somewhat in disrepair, which was a bit of a downside.
